The architect Andrew Franz has made an stunning job converting an old 19 century soap factory from Tribeca, New York, into an awesome loft apartment. Franz's intentions was to create the feeling of an open air living room, while keeping most of the original structure. The result is a mix of clean and modern lines with an open space with rustic wooden columns and raw brick walls, a beautiful celebration of old and new.

The spotlight in this project is the solarium filled with plans on the living room, creating a clean and calm atmosphere by allowing in a lot of natural light. From there, inhabitants can go to the roof garden and enjoy the city view.
