Born in Colombia in 1972, lives and works in Milan since the year 2000. Graduated in 1995 as Industrial Designer in Medellìn, Colombia at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and master in Bionics and Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design Milan, Italy in 1997.

Since 2009 she works as design consultant for different firms developing strategic and product design projects with firms such us Serralunga, DesignMesa ,Tognana porcellane, Deborah group, Midland Radios and Racca enterprises.

Eight years of experience working as Design director for Totaltool studio mainly running concept strategic design projects and product design for important clients such us Q_Free (Compasso D’oro selection 2007), Telecom Italia, Autogrill, 3M, Saporiti Italia, Elica, Piquadro, Averna, Unilever, Faraplan, Leuci, SVGomma (Compasso D’oro selection 2004), Play+.

She also have worked for FRAGILE leading product design projects for Deborah group and also developing new concept ideas for some other companies such us, Serafino Zani and Brembo.

She collaborated with Focusdesign, partner of Technogym, developing some research projects about human needs, market trends, new materials and concept design for the fitness and wellness sector.

She worked a couple of years for Studio Villa as product designer developing projects for Franke, Vimar, Gewiss, Eutron (USB Smart cart reader. AWARD WINNER INDUSTRIAL DESIGN SMAU 2001), Mc. Person, Promelit LG (Telephone AWARD WINNER INDUSTRIAL DESIGN SMAU 2002), Icf, Cossato, Robiltant Associati.

Before moving to Italy, together with the office of architecture ESTUDIO CON VISTA she design external lightweight structures for a guest religious house and for a commercial Mall centre.

She worked as a teacher and was the director of the bionic research group at the Università Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia. She worked as tutor in Domus Accademy (Master in Business design) and at the Politecnico di Milano.
