Under the direction of architect Oki Sato, born in Toronto, Canada, who in 2002 graduated in Architecture from Waseda University, Tokyo. Under the name Nendo it has been representing a cultured and refined alternative to self-celebrative design since 2002.

"Nendo" in Japanese means "clay," and its work in the field of interior architecture, furniture and video is as pliable and flexible as clay. Facing the challenges of contemporary design with character and determination, Nendo has obtained important international credits in a just few short years.
